You can find out if your local Swiss Chalet delivers by checking out our Locations page HERE or by visiting order.swisschalet.com and selecting 'Delivery' in the order setup section. If delivery is available at your local restaurant, you'll be able to place an order. If not, a pop up will appear and redirect you for pickup.
No, there is no direct number for delivery. If you would like to place a delivery order, please order through order.swisschalet.com , through our mobile app , or through our call center at 416-439-0439 (Toll Free 1-866-439-0439).
Swiss Chalet's delivery fee is $4 for all orders. All delivery orders must be a minimum of $16.29 (before tax), otherwise there is an extra charge of $2.50 in addition to our $4 delivery fee. Our delivery fees account for the additional resources used to get your food to you. For example: costs of hiring drivers, ensuring we have the proper commercial insurance, and creating and maintaining our delivery tracking technology.
Yes! At the checkout page there is a toggle you must turn on to select contactless delivery.
